  • Missing Package or Item

    All Pirata Couture orders are shipped through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Every shipment includes a tracking number and is insured for a minimum of $50, giving both you and us peace of mind.


    If you receive a delivery confirmation but the package is not at your address, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of the confirmation email. Timely notification helps us open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


    Please note: Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep your treasure safe.

  • Wrong Address or Unclaimed Package

    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order—Pirata Couture is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or left unclaimed.


    If your package is marked “return to sender” due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve it, and we receive it back in unused, original condition, you will be responsible for:

    • All shipping costs
    • A restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase price (subject to management review)

    If the package is lost in transit and not returned, the full loss is the customer’s responsibility.

    • Order confirmation
    • Shipping confirmation
    • Tracking information

  • Backorders

    At Pirata Couture, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, handcrafted products at exceptional prices. Due to the popularity of certain items, there may be rare occasions where a product becomes temporarily out of stock between the time you place your order and when our shipping department processes it. This is known as a backorder.


    If your item is backordered, rest assured—we’ll notify you promptly and keep you updated throughout the process. Most backordered items ship within 30 days or less, and as a thank you for your patience, we’ll include a free gift with your order.

  • Custom Orders

    At Pirata Couture, we celebrate every shape, size, and style—and we take pride in offering unique, made-to-order pieces crafted with exclusive fabrics and one-of-a-kind patterns.


    Custom orders are made just for you and may take up to 90 days to complete from the date of purchase. If there are any delays beyond standard processing times, you’ll receive a text and/or email with the option to confirm and continue waiting or make adjustments to your order.


    Because of the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
