Wrap the measuring tape around your back and under your arms, bringing it across the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist—typically the narrowest part of your torso. Make sure the tape sits comfortably, without digging in.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. The tape should sit about halfway between your belly button and crotch, resting evenly around your body.
