Return & Exchange Policy
At Pirata Couture, we believe in making your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. That’s why we offer a no-hassle return and exchange policy for our retail customers—because your satisfaction matters to us.
Eligible Returns:
- Most regular-priced items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of your order date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Not Eligible for Return:
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- G-strings, thongs, tonga bottoms, and other non-coverage styles
- Underwear, lingerie, corsets
- Custom-made pieces
- Final sale items
Note: Items returned with signs of wear—such as stains, odors, pet hair, or deodorant marks—will not be accepted. If worn, even once, the item is ineligible.
Store Credit:
If your return qualifies, a store credit code will be emailed to you within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Additional Terms:
- Returns over $50 may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Canceled orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and are also subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- A $25 fee applies to all bounced checks or chargebacks.
- Excessive returns may result in removal from our client list and refusal of future orders.
Items returned that do not meet the policy will be sent back to you, and a $30 handling fee will be charged.
We take fraud seriously. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to local authorities for legal action.
Pirata Couture will appear on your credit card statement.
Bulk Orders / Wholesale & Custom Orders
(For Retail Stores, Pageants, Resorts, and Commercial Businesses)
All sales are final for wholesale, bulk, and custom orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please reach out to us at 1-877-566-8880 or shop@piratacouture.com with your order details and a description of the issue. A Client Service Specialist will open a case and thoroughly review the item to determine the cause and the appropriate resolution.
